Ncell Axiata Limited has opened Ncell Centre in Bhairahawa to serve its customers with simplified customer care and enhance the customer experience. The new Centre has started its operation taking the required safety measures following government mandated health and safety guidelines during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The Centre located at Milanchowk-5, Koirala Complex of Bhairahawa, provides all customer services from a single touch-point. Customers visiting the Centre can acquire all services, ranging from general enquiry on products and services, SIM subscription, internet setting to various enterprise services from the Centre.

From the Centre, customers can also upgrade their SIM cards to 4G, change SIM and mobile number, modify CUG numbers, biz plans, international roaming, make bill payments, recharge balance and transfer, among many other services.

On the occasion of opening of the new Centre, customers visiting the Centre for various purposes will also get different volume of data for free as gift until November 15, 2020. Customers purchasing new SIM cards from this Centre will get 1GB data for free valid for 7 days between 5 am to 5 pm from the date of activation. Customers topping up balance of Rs 200 from the Centre get 1GB data for free which is also valid for 7 days between 5 am to 5 pm.

Similarly, customers who recharge balance of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 get 1GB data for free valid for 30 days and 2GB data valid for 30 days respectively. For SIM upgrading from 3G to 4G from the Centre, customers will get 1GB data that can be used within 7 days.

Ncell believes that in line with its endeavor to provide world class quality service to valued customers, opening of new Centre will add great value to customers in the region. The Centre provides customer service from 9 am to 5:30 pm, 7 days a week.

Ncell operates 31 Ncell Centers across the country as a part of the company’s effort to reach out to the customers and better cater to the need of the customers locally for enhancing the customer experience.
