Open Positions Across the Country
NECO Insurance is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) at its Kathmandu headquarters. It also seeks Branch Managers for offices in the Kathmandu Valley. Additionally, the company is recruiting for roles such as Jr. Officers, Officers, Sr. Officers, Supervisors, Assistants, Junior Assistants, and Trainee Assistants in all seven provinces.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Applicants for the COO position must hold a Master’s degree and have at least 10 years of experience in the insurance or banking sectors.
For the Branch Manager role, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree along with at least 5 years of marketing experience is required. The company also seeks individuals with a 10+2 qualification or higher for Marketing Department roles, though candidates with relevant experience are preferred.

Age and Experience Requirements
