Neco Insurance Share Auction: Promoter & Public Group Shares Available in Nepal

Neco Insurance Limited has opened bidding for its unclaimed rights shares. The total number of shares on auction is 225,161.35 units. These shares remained unsold during the previous rights issue.

Out of the total, 43,779.52 units belong to the promoter group. The remaining 181,481.83 units come from the general public group. These shares are now available through a public auction. Anyone can participate, regardless of previous ownership.
Minimum Price Set at NPR 100
The company has fixed the minimum bid price at NPR 100 per share, which is also the face value. Bidders can apply for at least 100 units. There is no cap on the maximum number. Investors can even bid for the entire available quantity.

The auction is open until Baisakh 21, 2081 (May 4, 2025). Interested individuals must submit their bids before this deadline. Sanima Capital Limited is managing the auction process. Applications can be submitted through Sanima’s office or authorized collection centers.
