Nepal Bank’s Housing Loan Scheme: Loans Up to NPR 20 Million

Nepal Bank, a government-owned financial institution, has launched a new housing loan scheme with the lowest interest rates in the market. The scheme offers loans for home purchases, construction, repairs, renovations, and refinancing existing loans.

Nepal Bank’s Housing Loan Scheme

With interest rates as low as 7.70%, the bank is providing loans ranging from NPR 500,000 to NPR 20 million with a repayment period of 5 to 25 years. To make it even more affordable, Nepal Bank has reduced service fees by up to 33.33%.

Additionally, the bank has lowered interest rates on its Prosperous Business Loan and Auto Loan schemes. Business loans are now available at 8.28% up to NPR 100 million, while auto loans can be obtained at 7.78% with a repayment period of 5 to 7 years.

Nepal Bank operates through a vast network of branches, extension counters, and ATMs nationwide. The bank is committed to providing excellent customer service through both traditional and digital channels.
