The call center, which operates under the secretariat of the Foreign Employment Board, is back in business. The call center, which has been closed since last Mangsir 1, has resumed its daily service from Chaitra 1.

Gokarna Bista, then Minister of Labor and Social Security, started work on setting up a call center under the board to get information on foreign employment and to collect concerns.

Customers and stakeholders can contact the call center using the shortcode 1141 toll-free number 1660150005. Also, +977-01-5970008 on WhatsApp and 9801800013 on Viber were opened for jobs abroad.

In the same way, requests, inquiries, and complaints can be posted in the call center through Facebook (click here) and Twitter via e-mail (at callcentermoless501@gmail.com).
