The two-day event aims to bring together academics, entrepreneurs, policymakers, professionals, and stakeholders working in the area of sustainable entrepreneurship.
By creating a shared space for all, it seeks to facilitate meaningful conversations on various aspects of entrepreneurship, connecting academic insights with real-world experience to enable learning from both perspectives.
“Such an entrepreneurship conference in Nepal fosters innovation, creates vital networks, supports economic growth, tackles unemployment, promotes sustainable development, and helps young entrepreneurs overcome unique challenges in a developing country context,” says Conference Convener and Professor at King’s College, Chittaranjan Pandey.
The forum envisions promoting knowledge exchange, showcasing innovative solutions aligned with the SDGs, and fostering sustainable business practices to promote sustainable entrepreneurship ultimately.
According to King’s College, the conference sessions have been designed to highlight the connection between academic research and real-world entrepreneurship through discussions, paper presentations, showcases, and networking opportunities.
The event will bring together over 200 participants, including international and local entrepreneurs, researchers, policymakers, development partners, government representatives, and students.
