Nepal Life Insurance Company successfully concluded its Motivational Training and Nepal Life Tara Awards program, held across all seven provinces of Nepal. The program was inaugurated by the company’s CEO, Pravin Raman Parajuli.

Nepal Life Honors Top Agents

Over 5,000 agency managers and agents attended the event, with international trainer Amit Sharma leading the sessions. The program took place in Itahari (Koshi Province), Lalgarh (Madhesh Province), Kathmandu and Narayanghat (Bagmati Province), Pokhara (Gandaki Province), Butwal (Lumbini Province), Surkhet (Karnali Province), and Dhangadhi (Sudurpashchim Province).

The event saw participation from National Sales Head Umapati Pokharel, Agency and Policy Servicing Head Sunita Pokharel, regional managers, branch and sub-branch heads, and representatives from various insurance bodies including Nepal Life Chairman Ganesh Adhikari.

Amit Sharma highlighted the essential skills for life insurance marketing and emphasized the challenges agents face in educating clients about the importance of life insurance. He motivated agents to turn these challenges into opportunities.

CEO Parajuli congratulated and welcomed agents selected through the Monthly Agent Incentive Plan (Ashoj 2080 & Baisakh 2081), emphasizing the company’s focus on agent capacity building. Parajuli added that the company considers its agents the backbone of the business and is committed to organizing such programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.

During the program, 314 agency managers and agents were honored for their exceptional performance, and top performers from each province were awarded certificates.
