The property, which includes a building and land, spans 60 hours. Nepal Life Insurance acquired this property from Dipendra Chand Thakuri and Surendra Chand Thakuri. The total cost of the acquisition, including the purchase price and registration fees, amounted to NPR 178,951,500.
