Nepal Life Insurance, a leading life insurance company in Nepal, has recently expanded its footprint in Hetauda. The company has successfully acquired a property in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitan City-4.

Nepal Life’s Property Acquisition Hetauda

The property, which includes a building and land, spans 60 hours. Nepal Life Insurance acquired this property from Dipendra Chand Thakuri and Surendra Chand Thakuri. The total cost of the acquisition, including the purchase price and registration fees, amounted to NPR 178,951,500.

This strategic move by Nepal Life Insurance is aimed at enhancing its operational capabilities and improving service delivery in the Hetauda region. The newly acquired property will serve as a valuable asset for the company’s commercial and office activities.
