As a result, all traffic had to be routed through an alternative provider, leading to congestion on that link and causing a temporary reduction in internet speed for Nepal Telecom’s services.
Efforts are currently underway to resolve the issue and restore normal services as soon as possible. The company sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience caused to customers due to this unexpected situation.
