The notice, released on Monday, details the registration process under legal provisions outlined in Section 6(a) of the Public Procurement Act and Rule 18 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064 (with amendments), as well as Regulation 22 of the NTA Procurement Regulations, 2073.
Interested parties can submit their registration details through the NTA’s online portal, accessible via the NTA Standing List. This online listing is essential for those who wish to be considered for consultancy opportunities with the authority.
Entities that were previously listed in the financial year 2080/81 may update their information to maintain their status on the current list. It is important to follow the specified registration process as applications not adhering to the guidelines will be rejected. The NTA retains the right to accept or decline applications based on compliance and eligibility.
The required documents for registration include a copy of the organization’s registration or renewal certificate, Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate, Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate (if applicable), and a tax payment certificate for the financial year 2079/80. Additionally, applicants must provide a self-declaration regarding any disqualified or blacklisted behaviour, a copy of the business license certificate, and a certified copy of the shareholders and debenture holders register as per the Companies Act, 2063.
This initiative ensures that consultancy services provided to the NTA are from qualified and compliant entities, aligning with the authority’s regulations and standards.
