A special ceremony was held at Acharya Shri Mahashraman Hall, Jain Bhavan, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, to launch the book ‘Manlai Jite Jit’. This spiritual masterpiece guides meditation, self-purification, and overcoming mental barriers.

The event witnessed the presence of Jain scholar Muni Shri Ramesh Kumar Ji, publisher Shekhar Golchha, chairman of Bhagwan Mahavir Jain Niketan Lokmanya Golchha, Bagmati Province Minister Hari Prabha Khadgi, and other notable figures.

About the Book

‘Manlai Jite Jit’ is a compilation of sermons delivered by Acharya Shri Mahapragya during meditation camps. It provides practical insights into achieving inner peace and managing stress, written in a simple yet profound manner.

Contribution of Acharya Mahapragya

The tenth Acharya of the Terapanth religious order, Acharya Mahapragya, was a renowned philosopher, author, and meditation expert. He developed the Preksha Meditation technique, which combines scientific principles with spiritual practices for mental clarity and inner peace.

Nepali Edition of the Book

The Nepali edition of the book was edited by the late Shri Hulaschand Golchha, who aimed to introduce spiritual wisdom to the younger generation for stress relief and a peaceful life.
