Minister Paudel highlighted the government’s vision, stating, “To ensure access to healthcare for all citizens, telemedicine and digital health services will be expanded, and robotic technology along with artificial intelligence will be utilized for providing advanced healthcare.”
Beyond the introduction of cutting-edge technologies, the government also plans a nationwide expansion of telemedicine and digital health services. This strategic move aims to bridge the persistent urban-rural healthcare divide, making medical consultations and treatments accessible even to the most remote populations and underserved regions.
