NEPSE Financial Literacy Program: Student Savings, Investment, Securities Market

Nepal Investment & Securities Trading Pvt. Ltd. (NEPSE) organized a financial awareness program at Shri Khagendra Navajeevan Special Education Secondary School in Gokarneshwar-6, Jorpati.

The event, held during Global Money Week 2025, aimed to educate students about savings, investments, and the securities market.
Krishna Bhandari, CEO of NEPSE, led the session. He explained the importance of saving early and investing wisely. Bhandari highlighted how small savings and proper investments can secure a stable financial future and help manage unexpected challenges. He also discussed the workings of the securities market and its role in wealth creation.
The program focused on the theme “Learn, Save, Earn.” Bhandari emphasized that financial literacy is key to making informed decisions. He encouraged students to develop saving habits early and explore investment opportunities for long-term benefits.
Around 30 students attended the program, along with school Chairman Ramesh Aryal and Principal Raghav Dawadi. Both praised NEPSE for its efforts in promoting financial awareness. They believe the program will positively impact students’ financial habits and future decisions.
