Nerude Mirimire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has decided to sell 361,216 founder shares. This step comes as 11 founding shareholders exit the institution. These shares will first be made available to the existing founders.
Nerude Mirimire Share Sale
Only current founder shareholders can buy the shares. They must submit their applications within 35 days from the publication of the notice. Interested parties can apply at the central office in Banepa.
Shares Open to Public After 35 Days
If the founders do not apply for the shares within the 35-day window, the shares will be opened for sale to the public. Other individuals and companies will have the chance to purchase the shares. This ensures that all shares will be sold.
Share Details and Shareholders Selling
The shares being sold come from 11 founding shareholders. Sangita Khetan is offering 4,508 shares. Kopila Rai is selling 100,000 shares. Guptlal Mandal Rajbanshi has 25,000 shares for sale. Sanjay Kumar Shrestha is offering 60,000 shares. NRN Infrastructure & Development has 74,106 shares on sale. Ram Prasad Dahal is selling 9,900 shares.
Additional shareholders selling their shares include Omkar Krishna Bajimay (1,072 shares), Shishir Acharya (1,630 shares), Saroja Fuyal (30,000 shares), Ganesh Prasad Acharya (25,000 shares), and Janu Sharma (30,000 shares).
The price is set at NPR 280 per Share
Each share is priced at NPR 280. Founder shareholders have priority to purchase the shares. However, if they choose not to buy, the shares will be sold to the public after 35 days.
Madhu Sudan Raj Dahal Sells Shares as Well
Madhusudan Raj Dahal, a founding shareholder of First Microfinance, is also selling 217,714 shares. The price remains the same at NPR 280 per share.
