Bridging the Generational Gap
The event featured speeches from various dignitaries, including former Home Minister Niranjan Thapa, who noted that while Club 50 is an organization for Nepalese citizens over the age of 50, its vibrant activities resonate with the energy of the “Gen Z” generation.
Chief Guest Ghanshyam Upadhyay also praised the organization, stating that despite being a “club,” its social welfare initiatives rival those of prominent NGOs and INGOs.
The program, hosted by Aksheta Shakya, concluded with a cocktail dinner after Dr. Angur Karki expressed her gratitude to all members and supporters who contributed during her tenure.
