NIC Asia Bank Honors Employees for Dedicated Service in Nepal’s Banking Industry

NIC Asia Bank honored employees for their long-term continuous service. Last Friday, at a special ceremony held at Hotel Crown Imperial in Ravibhawan, Kathmandu, the bank recognized 68 employees, including Deputy CEO Santosh Rathi.

The bank appreciated the long-term contributions and dedication of employees who have provided excellent service for more than 10 years. It formally expressed gratitude to them by recalling their long service, exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, continuous contribution, and the role they played in the bank’s ongoing transformation.
Among those honored were Purushottam Dahal, Kumar Tamang, Prakash Kumal, Shyam Prasad Pudasaini, Hira B. Bhujel, Kamal Shrestha, Upendra Prasad Koirala, Shyam Raut Kurmi, Sant Kumar Tamang, Shrishti Shrestha, Manoj Maharjan, Shiksha Shrestha, Sujan Maharjan, Santosh Naga, Samin Nirola, Anu Kapali, Nirjala Mall, Mausam Khadgi, Susmina Bajracharya, Abhishek Ratna Shakya, Samjhana Sharma, Raksha Sharma, Shobhita Singh, Pratiksha Sharma, and Nani Maya Khatri.
Also honored were Bibek Shrestha, Bimal Luintel, Bibek Pandey, Pragya Shrestha, Sanita Shrestha, Prajita Bhattarai, Narayani Shrestha, Pushkar Paudel, Vijay Shri Shakya, Selina Amatya, Vijay Shrestha, Situ Joshi, Erika Shrestha, Aditi Shrestha, Narayani Bhattarai, Laxmi Sapkota, Sudha Dahal, Gyanendra Paudel, Shambhu K.C., Govind Khanal, Pritam Chipalu, Sushil Rawal, Satish Raja Shrestha, Shrimita Kansakar, and Birendra Kumar Thakur.
Furthermore, development workers such as Bikash Prajapati, Sunil Manandhar, Mamata Sharma, Arjun Shrestha, Narayan Prasad Nepal, Vineet Raj Pandey, Deepak Kumar Sharma, Saroj Bhattarai, Prakash Shrestha, Ishwari P. Shrestha, Suman Thapaliya, Dipen Karki, Dinesh Bhari, Laxman Chalise, Arjun Raj Khaniya, Rajesh Rawal, and Jayendra Rawal were also honored by the bank.
The bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Roshan Nyaupane, expressed confidence that the dedicated commitment, leadership skills, and operational efficiency of the honored employees have significantly contributed to the bank’s continuous growth and transformation. He mentioned that the employees’ persistent hard work has helped the bank reach its current leading position.
The program was attended by senior management officials of the bank, employees, and distinguished personalities from various sectors.
