Nokia’s comeback! The exemplary smartphone brand is back in business. Thanks to Finnish startup HMD signing a 10-year deal to stick the Nokia name on smartphones. Nokia appointed Paramount Electronics Pvt. Ltd for distributing Nokia Android Smartphones. Paramount Electronics Pvt. Ltd has been circulating Nokia phone in Nepal since a very long time.

As the company said, the highlighter for 2017 would be Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 along with Nokia 3310 (a nostalgic old-school Nokia charm model) with all dual sim card slots and the Nokia 6 is the current top in its initial lineup of four devices. HMD is taking a somewhat unique approach to these Nokia phones by offering up Google’s Android Nougat OS in its purest form. That means no bundled third-party apps, no UI customization, and regular security updates.

Nokia 3 is the tyro among other two headliners which starts with a decent budget of Rs15,650. Whereas Nokia 5 is listed after the Nokia 3 with few more specifications and its price is Rs21,350. The main headliner seems much cheaper than the other Android devices in the market with same features, so the price for Nokia 6 would be Rs.25,600 respectively, all phones fall under the affordable category in the market, and looking at the specification, you get a decent amount of bang for your buck. Nokia officially has a customer care service center in Nepal.

For Nokia 3, the phone comes with a 5.0-inch HD display, Quad-core 1.3 GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 8MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, PURE ANDROID NOUGAT OS 7.0 and a 2630mAh battery.

Nokia 5 has a 5.2-inch HD display, Qualcomm Snapdragon Octa-core 1.4 GHz, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 13MP rear camera, 8MP front camera, fingerprint scanner, full aluminum body,  PURE ANDROID NOUGAT OS 7.1.1, and a 3,000 mAh battery.

Nokia 6’s features are quite impressive and has 5.5-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 430 chip-set, Octa-Core 1.4 GHz, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, full aluminum body, 8 MP front camera and 16 MP rear camera, fingerprint scanner, PURE ANDROID NOUGAT OS 7.1.1 and a 3,000 mAh battery.

Nokia’s durability always amazes us. All their phones are durable. To start, Nokia 3 can be better too, but if you add a few more bucks, you can get big brother (Nokia 6) which would be the best. Nokia will be soon launching Nokia 8 with more powerful features soon in Nepalese market.
