Design and Display
The Nord CE 2 features a 6.43-inch AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. Furthermore, the panel is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 with HDR 10+ certification.
In terms of design, the Nord CE 2 has replaced the X3 Pro’s round camera module with a rectangular camera cutout. However, like with other M-series devices, it also has a large camera module that spans the breadth of the smartphone. A punch-hole cutout above the screen houses the front-facing camera.

In terms of memory, it has up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The device also allows the internal storage to expandable up to 1TB using a dedicated microSD card.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 boots Android 11, with OxygenOS 11.3 promising two years of significant OS upgrades and an extra year of security fixes.
Camera
The Nord CE 2 has a 64MP main sensor followed by an 8MP ultrawide sensor. A 2MP macro lens to complete the rear camera setup. The front houses a 16MP camera on the punch-hole for selfies and video calls.
Audio
There is an audio system with stereo speakers that tune out with Hi-Res audio. The 3.5mm headphone jack may also be used for music and phone calls.
