Over Rs 48 Billion Turnovers through Mobile Banking Services in Nepal

So far, over 40 billion Nepalese rupees have been transacted through mobile banking services.

According to a recent Nepal Rastra Bank survey, the number of transactions made through mobile banking services had reached 11,047,474 by the start of Chaitra month.

This figure is 964,819 higher than it was a month ago. This number was 10,082,655 at the start of Falgun month.

With the increase in the number of transactions, the transaction amount has also increased naturally.

The turnover through mobile banking was Rs 40.35 billion in Falgun, and it had risen to Rs 48.65 billion by Chaitra.

This is an increase of Rs. 8 billion 293 million from Falgun.
