Pathao is the most trusted ride-sharing and food delivery service app. It is a company from Bangladesh. It was established in 2015 in Bangladesh. In Nepal, it officially started on September 25, 2018. Currently, it is providing its services in Kathmandu valley only. They are providing ride-sharing as well as food delivery services in Nepal.
Pathao Nepal Insurance
This ride-sharing app is going to ensure its customers and riders/drivers. Pathao Nepal has signed an agreement with Everest Insurance Company. They signed the agreement on Wednesday, 8th Poush.
Pathao Nepal insured its customers and riders/drivers in case of accidental death or injury. They will be insured up to a maximum of Rs 5 lakhs.
Everyone who uses the Pathao app will be benefited from the insurance. Likewise, Pathao Nepal has brought accident treatment insurance. This accident insurance is up to Rs 1 lakh. All the types of insurance are brought in collaboration with Everest Insurance Company.
This insurance will apply to both the customers and riders/drivers using Pathao. An application has to be submitted within 30 days of the accident. The documents prescribed as per the rules of the insurance company should be submitted too. This facility has made every ride of customers and riders/drivers even more secure.
