According to Pathao Nepal’s Marketing Head, Suraksha Hamal, the campaign is being conducted from Jestha 27 to Asar 2 (Nepali calendar) to support the Kathmandu Institute of Child Health (KIOCH), which is being built under the leadership of Dr. Bhagwan Koirala. She stated that the campaign aims to assist children who are deprived of treatment due to financial hardship.

Under this campaign, a portion of the earnings from each ride will be allocated to the children’s hospital. “The amount will be deducted not from the rider’s income but from the company’s earnings,” said Hamal. “This initiative is part of Pathao Nepal’s corporate social responsibility (CSR).”
The collected amount will be donated to the child-friendly hospital and will be used for the construction of the hospital building and the purchase of medical equipment. Led by Dr. Koirala, the hospital aims to make child healthcare services more accessible and effective in Nepal.
Dr. Koirala has initiated the campaign to construct children’s hospitals in all seven provinces of Nepal. A children’s hospital has already been built in Jhapa, Koshi Province, one year ago. Now, similar hospitals will be constructed in Kathmandu and the remaining provinces.
