Conditions for the Guarantee
Users need to understand the specific conditions under which this guarantee applies. The delivery guarantee will not be applicable if the delay is caused by:
The customer is unreachable.
The customer is not answering their phone.
The customer refused to accept the order.
Furthermore, external factors beyond Pathao’s control, such as natural disasters (floods, landslides), widespread transportation disruptions, or general strikes, will void the delivery guarantee. The offer is exclusively valid for delays resulting from Pathao’s operational shortcomings.
