The Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI) held a significant discussion with the newly appointed Chief Secretary Ek Narayan Aryal today.

During the meeting, CNI extended congratulations and best wishes to the Chief Secretary and discussed key issues that should be prioritized for the development and prosperity of Nepal’s economy.

CNI President Rajesh Kumar Agrawal congratulated Chief Secretary Aryal on his appointment and emphasized the need for policy stability and legal reforms to ensure sustainable economic growth in Nepal. Agrawal stated, “Although some economic indicators appear positive, the productive sectors and the construction industry are still not fully dynamic.” He stressed the importance of increasing the use of domestic products and ensuring the effective implementation of the national budget to achieve comprehensive development.

Policy Reforms and Support from the Private Sector

Chief Secretary Aryal highlighted the importance of collaboration with the private sector to strengthen Nepal’s economy. He mentioned that recent legal reforms had shown positive impacts and pledged to continue efforts to bring further legal improvements. CNI’s Suggestions and Demands

During the discussion, CNI Vice Presidents Birendra Raj Pandey, Amit More, and other officials also extended their congratulations to Chief Secretary Aryal. They stressed the need for policy stability and legal consistency to improve the overall economic system of Nepal.
