Citizens Bank International Limited has appointed Promesh Raj Kayastha as its Company Secretary.

Kayastha has been showcasing his skills in the banking sector for nearly 14 years. Currently, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the bank. With expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and securities markets, Kayastha is expected to play a key role in shaping the bank’s future strategies.
