S.B Solutions Signs With DigiHub For Automate the Credit Platform in Nepal

S.B Solutions has signed an agreement for investment and partnership arrangement with DigiHub with a common vision to digitize and automate the credit & lending platform in Nepal. Mr. Bipul Dhakal, Founder and Executive Chairman of S.B Solutions, and Mr. Lokraj Sharma, Managing Director of DigiHub signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

SB Solution’s new version (V3) of the Loan Automation System called Credit X pro is the primary solution to drive and move towards digitalization & Automation in the lending sector. With the new partnership and equity investment from DigiHub, S.B Solutions will now strategically and aggressively continue to work towards credit automation, micro-lending, loan platform, open banking, and various other lending products and market place where consumers can avail the service through a common platform in Nepal as well as in other countries.

This association will add further impetus to one another on the objective of SB Solution to bring structured and alternative credit rating to the Nepali lending industry.

The existing banks and financial institutions that are using Credit X from S.B Solutions are also expected to get additional benefits from API integrations and network connections from DigiHub’s solution suites.

In addition to Credit X, S.B Solutions has been providing other products and services to banks and financial institutions of Nepal as well like Loan automation solution with credit rating and financial assessment, Online Loan Eligibility, Online Account Opening, Document Management System, Vendors Management System, Corporate Banking System to automate letter of Credit and Guarantees, Memo Management System, Document Archiving System, Budget Management System, and Customized Mobile Application development. Currently, more than 20+ BFIs and corporate houses have been using the systems built by SB Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

DigiHub has been established to provide a single digital hub and end-to-end FinTech solutions to banks and financial institutions along with central bank and government entities of Nepal.

DigiHub has an ultimate vision of achieving “Digitized Nepal” by unifying various technologies, companies, and all stakeholders of the fintech sector in Nepal. DigiHub is been promoted by the NRNs group and has a global presence with representations from multinational companies.
