Sabina Maskey Appointed as Acting MD of Nepal Telecom(NTC)

Sabina Maskey has been appointed as the Acting Managing Director of Nepal Telecommunications Corporation Limited (Nepal Telecom).
As per the decision (Honorable Ministerial Level) of the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology dated 2082/02/28, and the appointment letter no. Sansthan/3178 dated 2082/02/28, she has been assigned to work as the Acting Managing Director of the company.

Previously, she was serving as Deputy Managing Director of the company while handling the responsibilities of Chief Technical Officer, and from today (28 Jestha 2082), she has taken charge of the responsibilities as Acting Managing Director.
The newly appointed Acting Managing Director, Sabina Maskey, has completed her B.E. from Dalian Maritime University, China. She joined the then Nepal Telecommunications Institute as a temporary engineer from 25 Magh 2049 and was permanently appointed to the company’s service on 10 Falgun 2051. She was appointed Deputy Managing Director on 18 Magh 2078.
Upon assuming office, the newly appointed Acting Managing Director of Nepal Telecom, Sabina Maskey, expressed her commitment to fulfill the responsibility entrusted to her by the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, with the support and cooperation of all, and to move forward for the progress of the company despite difficult circumstances.
