Global IME Samunnat Yojana-2 Oversubscribed: Unit Sales Close Today!

Global IME Samunnat Yojana–2, a mutual fund scheme promoted by Global IME Bank Ltd. and managed by Global IME Capital Ltd., has seen an overwhelming response from the public, leading to its oversubscription. Consequently, the unit sales for the scheme will officially close after banking hours today, Ashad 27, 2082 (July 11, 2025).
Samunnat Yojana-2 Oversubscribed
The scheme, with a face value of NPR 10 per unit, initially offered 120 million units (NPR 1.2 billion). A significant portion was reserved as seed capital: 1.5% (1.8 million units) for Global IME Capital Ltd. and 13.5% (16.2 million units) for Global IME Bank Ltd.
The remaining 102 million units were made available for public subscription starting Sunday, Ashad 22, 2082 (July 7, 2025).
Global IME Capital Ltd. confirmed that the strong demand has resulted in an oversubscription.
They are confident that by the close of applications today, the scheme will receive additional applications up to 25% above the initial issue size, thereby expanding the total scheme size to NPR 1.5 billion.
