Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Sarbendra Mishra as Head- Financial Markets and Treasury Markets.
Mr. Mishra has over 24 years of banking experience holding executive positions across various commercial banks in the country. Prior to joining SCBNL, he worked as Group Treasurer, Head of Treasury Financial & Global Markets at Sunrise Bank and was also the Director (Investments) at Sunrise Capital Ltd.
He was also the former Chairman of the Foreign Exchange and Money Market Dealers Association of Nepal (FEDAN) and presently an active member of the Association for Finance Professional (AFP), Bethesda, Maryland, USA.
