The selected branches will operate with a fixed schedule. Services will be available from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. This allows customers a full six-hour window to conduct urgent transactions.

- Electronic Cheque Clearing (ECC): The bank will process urgent cheque clearances.
- Public Debt Management: Services related to government securities and public debt will be handled.
- Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS): Large-value, time-critical fund transfers will be executed.
- Other Urgent Banking Services: Other time-sensitive financial needs will also be facilitated.

The provincial breakdown is as follows: Customers in Koshi can visit the Birtamod Branch, Hanumandas Road Branch, and Itahari Branch for essential services.
