The 71st Cyber Security Awareness program conducted at Nepal Law Campus sponsored by an attorney of law Ms. Bandita Sharma Dahal, Virginia USA.
Washington DC, June 16, 2017 – Cyber Security International(CSI) has successfully conducted Cybersecurity awareness training at Nepal Law Campus. The program was sponsored by an attorney of law Ms. Bandita Sharma Dahal who lives and professional practices law in Virginia USA. Mrs. Dahal studied at Nepal Law Campus while she was in Nepal, later she went to the USA for her further study and finished her Master’s degree in Law.
A total of 70 students have participated in the program. A representative from Cyber Security International cybersecurity expert Prof. Kumar Pudasaini has conducted the technical program to the students. Mrs. Dahal’s parents were also present as guests to the event. Her parents’ shared stories of her childhood with the participants.
CSI representative Ms. Manisha Ranabhat has organized the event. The program lasted for 4 hours. The primary purpose of this program was to make students of Nepal-Law-Campus aware of using a smartphone, computer, internet, Wi-Fi and other electronic devices safely and securely and, how to be safe from cyberbullying, and exploitation by hackers.
The ‘Cyber Security Awareness Program’ conducted by Cyber Security International is a nationwide awareness campaign, where various experts and trainers from the IT field conduct pieces of training and discussions on cybersecurity. The awareness program focused on a wide range of topics that included: how to be safe online, mobile phone security, phishing sites, Facebook, Gmail hacking, fake email, Wi-Fi security, computer security, IP address tracking, dangerous websites and so on.
