Access Control System Nepal

The various control is the selective restriction of access to a resource or other place in the sector of information security and physical security. Login credentials and Locks are the two similar mechanisms of access control. The process of accessing may include entering, consuming or using and the permission to access is known as authorization. The term access control means the practice of stopping the entrance to building, property or a room to authorized personnel.

The Physical access control can be gained by a human resource like a bouncer, a guard or a  receptionist via a mechanical medium such as keys and locks or via a technological medium such as access control systems such as the mantras. The crucial physical management might also be used as a medium of further monitoring and managing access to mechanically keyed places or access to smaller assets.

The physical access control is a function of who, where and when. This system determines who can enter or exit, the area where they are allowed to enter or exit, and the time when they are allowed to enter or exit. Mechanical keys and locks do not allow restriction of the key holder to particular dates or times. Mechanical keys and locks do not give records of the keys and locks on any specific door, and the keys can be copied or transferred unauthorized person. When a mechanical key is lost, or the key holder is not
authorized any more to use the protected sector, the locks must be keyed differently, i.e., re-keyed.
Similarly, electronic access control utilizes computers to solve the restrictions of keys and locks. A wide range of credential can be used for replacing mechanical keys. The electronic access control provides access based on the presented credentials.

The door is unblocked for a predetermined period; the transaction is recorded once access is granted. But, the door remains locked and the trial to access is registered when the access is not allowed. The system will also control the entry and alarm is buzzed if the door is forced open or opened for a too long time after it is unlocked.
