Shangri-La Development Bank Nepal Quiz 2081: Kathmandu Winners, Cash Prizes & Event Results

Shangri-La Development Bank Ltd. recently wrapped up its popular event, the ‘Shangrila Quiz 2081’, in Kathmandu. The final round, known as the ‘Country Round, ’ saw fierce competition between 10 teams, with the winners taking home exciting cash prizes.

Top Winners of the Quiz

In the Country Round, Sanjukumari Shrestha and Sukirti Suvedi from Kathmandu Cluster won the first prize, each receiving NPR 60,000. Homraj Chaudhary and Hemant BC from the Surkhet Sub-cluster took second place and were awarded NPR 40,000 each.

The prizes were handed out by Apurva Prasad Joshi, Chief Operating Officer of the bank, who also honored all participants who made it to the Country Round.

Selection Process for the Country Round

Before the final event, participants had to go through the Branch Round and Cluster Round. A total of 476 participants competed in the Branch Round, and 196 participants took part in the Cluster Round. The top performers from these rounds earned their spots in the Country Round.

The final round featured 20 competitors from various regions, including Itahari, Kathmandu, Nepalganj, Pokhara, and Sub-clusters from Birganj, Butwal, Chitwan, Dang, Dhangadhi, and Surkhet.

Employee Recognition and the Bank’s Growth

During the event, the bank also honored its long-serving employees for their years of service. This recognition highlighted the importance of its employees in the bank’s continued success.
