The NPR 1 billion debenture issuance, managed by NIMB Ace Capital Limited in Kathmandu, saw an overwhelming response from investors, being oversubscribed by an impressive 5.95 times.
The debenture issuance comprised 1,000,000 units, each with a face value of NPR 1,000. Of the total, 40% (400,000 units) were offered to the general public, while 60% (600,000 units) were allocated for private placement.
The public subscription, open from 2082/03/32 to 2082/04/04, garnered significant investor interest.
