Shreenagar Agritech Industries Limited’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) is being officially allotted today, Wednesday, October 29, 2025 (Kartik 12).

According to the Issue Manager, Nabil Investment Banking Limited, the allotment process commenced at 10:30 AM this morning. The IPO generated overwhelming interest from the general public, indicating high confidence in the agribusiness sector.

Total Units Demanded: 21,702,080 units
Oversubscription: 6.64 times the offered shares
The company had issued a total of 2,510,493 units to the general public. Due to the massive oversubscription, the allotment will be conducted via a lottery system, meaning only a fraction of the applicants will receive the shares.
Result Status
The results are expected to be published shortly after the completion of the allotment process today. Applicants will be able to check their status via the websites of the issue manager and CDSC.
Shreenagar Agritech has already completed the allotment for project-affected locals and Nepalese citizens working abroad. This allotment marks the final stage for the general public, drawing significant attention in the domestic share market.
