  1. Describe your background.

My name is Suman Neupane. I have been involved in the field of teaching as a psychology lecturer especially in Cambridge International A levels for ten years. Side by side, I have been involved in the area of teaching English also for more than ten years.

  1. What is your area of expertise?

As I already mentioned, I am an expert in the field of counseling and I am equally involved in the area of teaching English as well.

  1. How open-minded are you to another member’s idea?

Yes, I am if their view is qualitative, constructive and intellectual. I always support others’ opinions if they are right.

  1. How do we minimize the gap of real-world industry and academics?

Academia and industry have some gaps between them, but they have been successfully cooperating together for over many years.  When production and academia work together to shove the limitations, they form a dominant team talented in driving innovation and economic evolution.  Moving forward, there needs to be more open communication and collaboration between industry and academia to apprehend and discourse the potentials.
This means collaboration effort need to expand from research labs and into the classroom and apply them very cautiously.

  1. How do you use social media as a tool for customer service?

Businesses of all sizes have learned by now that social media is an indispensablepromoting tool in today’s tech-driven environment.

Most companies have Facebook and Twitter accounts, and many have even joined Instagram to reach an even wider audience. While promoting content and sharing company updates through these sites can and should be part of any business’s social media strategy. To use social media as customer service, we should have to be careful about the audience size, who are our focused customers and their level of understanding.

  1. How selective are you while buying gadgets?

I am too selective to buy gadgets for my personal use. I am fascinated with Apple’s product for my personal and professional use. I like its design and unique features to adjust in the modern world.

  1. Will you please share your habit of using social media?

I frequently use social media not for the only update with the modern world but for getting knowledge something every time. Every day I go through with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and Skype.

  1. Do you have anything to share with your fans through ICT FRAME?

I found ICT FRAME is a very growing information provider digital newspaper especially in the field of information technology, communication, research, and development. It is global eyes for techno is because it gives them ideas about how to use different devices and software applications to get information from various sources.
