The Softwarica College of IT and E-Commerce successfully organized a grand Information Technology Exhibition, showcasing innovation and technical prowess.

Held under the theme “Seize Opportunities, Enhance Capabilities”, the exhibition featured a wide range of creative innovations developed by students. These included software applications, AI-based tools, and cybersecurity systems, among others.
The week-long event witnessed significant participation from students, parents, teachers, and individuals interested in the field of information technology. The vibrant atmosphere reflected the growing enthusiasm for tech-driven learning and innovation.
During the exhibition, students of the college presented cutting-edge technologies such as AI-powered CCTV systems, security solutions against hacking, emergency-use drones, and educational management systems. These practical and forward-thinking innovations highlighted the technical abilities of the participants.
One of the main attractions was the AI CCTV System, which garnered strong interest from both parents and visitors. According to College Chairperson Mr. Bijyan Shrestha, the system is capable of facial recognition, activity analysis, and automatic alert generation in case of suspicious behavior.
Mr. Shrestha emphasized that, from a security perspective, this system holds great potential for industrial and commercial use. He stated, “This exhibition has provided a live demonstration of how our students are transforming academic knowledge into practical applications.”
Observers were impressed by the students’ innovative thinking and technical competence. Participating parents praised the college’s efforts to nurture the students’ creative side and believed that such exhibitions would significantly boost their confidence and professional capabilities.
Well-known in the field of information technology education in Nepal, Software College of IT and E-Commerce has been regularly organizing such creative platforms to encourage students towards experimentation and exploration.
