Edusanjal has named Sulav Budhathoki, Chairman of Innovate Nepal Group, Chief Executive Officer of Islington College, and Co-founder of ‘My Second Teacher,’ as the Person of the Month for April 2021.
After evaluating the work of teachers, policymakers, or other personalities related to education, Edusanjal honors one of the outstanding contributors to acknowledge their efforts every month. Budhathoki is the fourth person to be honored for his notable contribution to Nepal’s education system.
“Budhathoki was honored this month for introducing international level technical education in the private sector,” said Rajan Koirala, Chief Business Officer of Edusanjal and Coordinator of the Award Program.
Mr. Budhathoki’s learning management system called ‘My Second Teacher’ has become the talk of the town. My Second Teacher is also the main sponsor of the recently unveiled jersey of the Nepali national cricket team. He emphasized that the learning management system enables students to continue their studies at home amid the pandemic.
Edusanjal handed over a letter of commendation and a badge to Chairman Budhathoki at Innovate Tech’s office in Baluwatar.
Earlier to this, Vishwa Niketan School principal Heramba Raj Kadel was recognized as a person of the month is January 2021 for his leadership in community education, Karkhana’s CEO Pavitra Bahadur Gautam as February’s for STEM education promotions and SEE exam controller Ramraj Khakurel in March for his policies amendments in SEE Examinations as a whole.
