Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced exciting news for its shareholders. The institution’s board of directors has approved a substantial dividend distribution for the fiscal year 2080/81.
Suryodaya Womi 7% Dividend Shares
The total distributable profit for the year amounts to a significant NPR 730,565,642.17, representing a commendable 7% of the institution’s paid-up capital of NPR 1,040,366,316.72. This impressive financial performance has enabled the institution to reward its shareholders with a generous dividend package.
The proposed dividend will be allocated in two parts:
- Bonus Share: A 6% bonus share allocation, totaling NPR 62,619,979.
- Cash Dividend: A 1% cash dividend, amounting to NPR 10,436,663.17, inclusive of taxes.
To proceed with the dividend distribution, the proposal will be submitted to Nepal Rastra Bank for necessary approvals. Upon receiving the green light from the central bank, the proposal will be presented to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). If approved by the shareholders, the dividend will be distributed accordingly.
