His Holiness Swami Kailashananda Maharaj from India’s renowned Niranjani Akhara recently visited the sacred Bhaleshwar Mahadev Temple at Chandragiri Hills, Kathmandu, as part of his spiritual tour of Nepal.

During his ongoing pilgrimage across Nepal, Swami Kailashananda Maharaj also visited several other major Hindu religious sites:

Lumbini Cable Car and the Lumbini area, the birthplace of Lord Buddha.

Kamakhya Devi Temple in Basantapur, Kathmandu.

Gosaikunda in Rasuwa, a high-altitude sacred lake.

Dakshinkali Temple, one of Kathmandu’s most revered shrines.

These visits are seen as a significant endorsement of Nepal’s religious heritage and are expected to promote spiritual tourism from India and beyond.
