The National ICT Startup Award 2025 was presented by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Nepal, under the leadership of Minister Prithvi Subba Gurung and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.

The award ceremony took place on the Seventh National ICT Day (Baishakh 19, 2082), recognizing outstanding contributions in Nepal’s information and communication technology sector.

Tackoom Digital Pvt. Ltd., based in Nakhhipot, was honored with the National ICT Startup Award 2025 for its innovative digital counseling marketplace platform. The award included a certificate and a cash prize of NPR 100,000, symbolizing the government’s commitment to encouraging technological innovation and startup growth in Nepal.

The event also recognized excellence across seven other categories, including public and private sector ICT achievements, innovation promotion, and contributions to foreign currency generation through IT services. The awards ceremony highlighted Nepal’s rapid progress in digital transformation and the government’s support for fostering a competitive and inclusive ICT ecosystem.
