OPPO R17 Pro Officially goes on sale in Nepal, OPPO’s first R-series now available all across Nepal. OPPO, a leading International smartphone brand, most dedicated to providing the best products infused with art & new technologies, has launched its latest R series Components in Nepal – OPPO R17 Pro. The R17 Professional combines a revolutionary new gradient design with innovative technologies to bring users a smartphone that meets their everyday needs. The availability of phone in Nepal was officially announced on Sunday, via the first sales event organized at Pako, Newroad.

The R17 Pro with a 6.4-inch screen, 19.5:9 FHD+ which accounts for 91.5% of the screen and is equipped with a waterdrop screen. The front camera of the R17 Professional is middle of the water droplet giving the customer a higher screen to body ratio experience. R17 Pro is the 1st  device to use Corning® Gorilla® Glass 6 and comes with 8GB RAM + 128GB Read Only Memory combination, improving the speed and performance. The device powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor sports Android 8.1 ColorOS 5.2.

The OPPO R17 Pro priced at Rs.  89,990/- is now available to consumers for sale from its major retail outlets all across the country.

Initially, with the Nebula Purple of the R15, OPPO has been leading the trend, making gradient designs a trend in the smartphone industry. The R17 Pro introduces a brand-new “three-color and bi/quad-direction” best design using a light condensing layer that enables light to flow on the surface of the device. Due to extended demand in the Nepali market, R17 Pro offers various technological advancement to enhance the user experience regarding the design and technology. The smartphone comes in new and surreal Radiant Mist, colors giving users an option to brighten up their lives.

Encompassing Hidden Fingerprint Unlock the R17 Pro is also supports the Super VOOC flash charging Information Technology, allowing end users to enjoy the safest & most efficient charging experience. Quality photography

When it comes to product technology, night shooting is one of the most common challenges in the smartphone industry. The R17 Pro has been enabled with upgrades for both hardware and software, making it a smartphone designed for night shooting. The R17 Pro features a software-level AI Ultra-clear Engine that allows users to take high-quality night photos. The AI Ultra-clear Engine is OPPO’s unique image-enhancing technology that can break all hardware limitations to maximize the image quality to produce fantastic night shots.

The R17 Pro comes with a 25MP front camera and a Sony IMX576 sensor with f/2.0 aperture equipped with real-time HDR support. The R17 Pro provides up to 8 million different beautification schemes to intelligently match different users across the globe. Additionally, the customized beauty mode can now identify up to four people in the frame and enables users to adjust the facial features and preview the effects in real time.

The rear cameras of the R17 Pro can intelligently recognize 23 photography modes and as many as 864 scenario combinations to ensure every shot taken is the best shot possible. The phone is also equipped with a variable smart aperture of f1.5/f2.4 which can automatically adjust to the lighting conditions making images sharper and clearer in both bright and low light situations and has an OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), which can stabilize images and guarantee a longer exposure time to brighten night-time photography, especially with a 7P lens module. ColorOS 5.2

The smartphone is equipped with ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1. An added advantage of this OS is the Smart Bar which is a Full-Screen Multitasking function that assists consumers in replying to messages in the middle of full-screen activity such as playing games or watching videos.

OPPO R17 Pro Nepal Launch Expected Soon. OPPO’s first R-series to land in Nepal

Kathmandu, 5th December 2018: Since the launch of OPPO R17 and R17 Pro smartphones in China, they’ve been major talk of the town around the globe. Nepal is no exception, OPPO fans here were eagerly anticipating R-series to land here too. Now it seems, OPPO has finally decided to address the demand of its consumers. Considering the overwhelming demand from its consumers OPPOseems to be launching its first R-series in Nepal with OPPO R17 Pro.

OPPO Nepal has recently started teasing the arrival of the ‘R’ series in Nepal through its social media pages. The OPPO R17 and R17 Pro were launched in China in August this year, and the company now seems to be looking to launch the OPPO R17 Pro smartphone in Nepal. The premium R17 Pro variant comes with triple cameras at the back. OPPO R17 Pro sports a waterdrop-shaped display notch, and an in-display fingerprint scanner as well. The final date of arrival has not yet officially been disclosed. But, it seems the phone will be launched targeting the approaching Christmas or New-year within December-2018.

The dual-SIM (Nano) OPPO R17 Pro runs on ColorOS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The smartphone sports a 6.4-inch (1080×2340 pixels) full-HD+ display with a 91.5 percent aspect ratio. Under the hood, there is an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC processor, coupled with 8GB of RAM. The handset has a triple rear camera setup that comprises a 12-megapixel sensor with f/1.5-2.4 aperture, a 20-megapixel sensor with an aperture of f/2.6, and a third sensor that is actually a TOF 3D stereo camera.

For storing content, the OPPO R17 pro is equipped with 128GB inbuilt storage. The smartphone has 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC support. Sensors on board include an accelerometer, ambient light, and a proximity sensor. As mentioned, it comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The OPPO R17 Pro is fueled by a 3,700mAh battery that is powered by OPPO’s proprietary Super VOOC technology. In terms of dimensions, the OPPO R17 Pro 157.6×74.6×7.9mm and weighs 183 grams.
