No e-Services are Authentic until they bind up with Digital Signatures. Public Demand for Digital Signatures to mark their Online Transactions Legally Valid and Authentic . As per the Electronic Transaction Act of Nepal use of digital signatures in online transactions are legally valid and no need of hard copy submission. Thus if we talk about the legality and authenticity of e-services they are incomplete without use of digital signatures.
