Nabil Investment Banking Appointed as Manager

To manage the share issuance, TIME Pharmaceuticals has appointed Shree Nabil Investment Banking Limited as the Share Issuance and Sales Manager. Nabil will oversee the process, ensuring the smooth execution of the public offering.

On 15th Falgun 2081 (March 1, 2025), TIME Pharmaceuticals signed an agreement to appoint Shree Nabil Investment Banking Limited as the Share Issuance and Sales Manager. The agreement was signed by Mr. Surdashan Lal Shrestha, Managing Director of TIME Pharmaceuticals, and Mr. Manish Narayan Joshi, CEO of Nabil Investment Banking.

This public share issuance marks a major milestone for TIME Pharmaceuticals as it seeks to expand its operations and continue contributing to Nepal’s healthcare industry.
