The auditions for ‘Miss Universe Nepal 2024’ will take place this Monday, July 29th, at the Hilton Kathmandu. According to the organizers, 60 contestants have been selected from the preliminary round. From these, 35 will advance from the auditions to compete in the grand finale of Miss Universe Nepal 2024..

Top 35 Contestants Audition

The judge panel for the auditions includes popular singer Indira Joshi, Miss Universe Nepal 2022 Sophiya Bhujel, and choreographer Dikpal Karki. They will be joined by Sangita Puri, National Director of Miss Universe Nepal 2024, Alok Chhetri, Managing Director of Global Glamour Venture, and Sabi Puri, CEO and President of Global Glamour Venture. Additionally, renowned international image consultant and pageant coach Alexander Gonzalez, along with esteemed pageant analyst Luis Portelles, will be judging the contestants virtually.

35 contestants selected in this audition will participate in the training preparation for the finale. According to the organizer, the contestants will be trained on personality development, public speaking, personal finance and other useful life skills from national and international trainers. Additionally, renowned International Image Consultant and Pageant Coach Alexander Gonzalez, along with esteemed Pageant Analyst Luis Portellis, will be judging the contestants virtually.

Sangita Puri, National Director of Miss Universe Nepal 2024, mentioned that there is an enthusiastic and inclusive participation of transgender, married, non-resident Nepali women and women from different professions, including doctors, engineers, pilots, etc. this year.

The grand finale of ‘Miss Universe Nepal 2024’ is being held in the first week of September this year. The winner will go on to compete with contestants from over 100 countries in Mexico this November for the prestigious Miss Universe 2024 crown.
