Dennis Ritchie

Ritchie was an American computer scientist who developed C programming language by collaborating with long-time colleague Ken- Thompson. Ritchie and Thompson were awarded the Turning Award from the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM in 1983.

Bjarne Stroustrup

A Danish computer scientist Stroustrup created C++ language for the first time. Stroustrup is a visiting professor at Columbia University and is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in New York. He has acquired a master’s degree in mathematics and computer science (1975) from Aarhus University, Denmark, and holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer science in 1979 from the University of Cambridge, England

James Gosling

He is the originator of popular programming language c#. He currently works at Microsoft as the lead architect of C#. In 2001 Hejlsberg was granted with  Dr. Dobb’s Excellence in Programming Award for his work on Turbo Pascal, Delphi, C# and the Microsoft .NET Framework.

Rossum is the best known as the author of the Python programming language. He is known as “Benevolent Dictator for Life” (BDFL) in the python community. Rossum received a master’s degree in mathematics and computer science from the University of Amsterdam in 1982.
