Trade Tower IPO NEPSE Listed: Trading Of TTL Shares Begins Wednesday

Trade Tower’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) has been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). The company’s shares will start trading on the secondary market from Wednesday.

On Tuesday, a total of 8,156,097 ordinary shares of Trade Tower were listed on NEPSE. Out of these, 3,971,693 shares were issued to the general public, while 4,284,404 shares were held by the founding shareholders.

NEPSE has assigned the trading symbol ‘TTL’ to Trade Tower. For the first trading session, NEPSE has set the opening price range for the shares between a minimum of NPR 123.09 and a maximum of NPR 369.27 per share.

Trade Tower had opened its IPO subscription for the general public from Jestha 14 to Jestha 20. The IPO allotment was completed on Asar 1. Shares will be available for trading during the special pre-open session on Wednesday, followed by regular trading sessions.
