What does CellPay do?
CellPay allows the fund transfer and payments directly from the bank account. So, people need not create a wallet on this platform. Unlink other payment platforms, CellPay is not wallet-based.
Using CellPay, customers can transfer funds in real-time and get the notification of fund transfer instantly.
CellPay supports mobile top-up, utility bill payment, physical merchant/shop payment, online shop payment, etc.
Payment service provider Cellcom’s CellPay service has unveiled the ‘Manau Raksha Bandhan’ scheme on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
Raksha Bandhan is one of the biggest festivals celebrated in India, and it honors the bond between a brother and sister. Popularly known as Rakhi, Raksha Bandhan is observed on the Purnima Tithi (Full Moon day) in the month of Shrawan as per the Hindu calendar.
As this big festival of brother and sister is nearing to enjoy and celebrate the festival together CellPay is providing the various offers.

Under the scheme, CellPay customers will get 500 cashback if they buy more than 5,000 items from Cell Pay Cart.
The company has stated that the scheme will be implemented from Bhadra 1 to Bhadra 6.
