“The Urban Space” a world-class urban-dwelling had its inauguration on 24th April 2021 in Satdobato, Lalitpur. The event was inaugurated by Miss Nepal 2018- Ms. Shrinkhala Khatiwada, and the founder of Urban Space Mr. Bipin Gaire.

“We are extremely happy to introduce the new concept of housing in Nepal. It is a revolutionary idea focused on architecture and innovation. It focuses on fostering the neighborhood. This project is the first of its kind in Nepal. Currently, we are starting from Kathmandu Valley and plan to extend the project all over Nepal.”

People are bound by walls and limited within their own space. But in Urban Space, one can enjoy a wider communal space by sharing small spaces of their own.”

Urban Space is a mixed form of bungalow and housing with separate entry for each house. The intention of this project is to destroy the gated community to create and foster a social community. The Urban Space aims at providing a soothing urban living experience and is located in the heart of Lalitpur (situated 200 meters from the Ring Road). The project comprises 12 uniquely planned units that retain harmony amongst each other yet offer variations in the living environment.
The master plan focuses on safety, convenience, comfort, and unique designs where one can experience a diverse social life. The properties designed to keep the user’s benefits as the primary objective with fully equipped smart and latest technology. The unique benefits being offered for the first time in Nepal by Urban Space includes earthquake resistance, 24hrs water supply, SMART gas pipeline, fire-fighting system, SMART surveillance, fully insulated wall, sound insulation, modular kitchen, central heating, and many more.
The notable team members of Urban Space consist of professionals who graduated from Pulchowk Campus as Civil Engineer, Architecture engineer, MBA graduates from King’s College among others. The team members have notable experience in the field of architecture. Their credible achievements include- 250+ houses built; 5000 designed; and consulted 10000+ people on property management. The team had consulted with more than 100+ professionals from 50+ countries to successfully launch the concept of town housing in Nepal through Urban Space.
