Vision Energy and Power Limited has announced plans to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company’s ninth annual general meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 30, and will be conducted virtually starting at 3 PM.

The decision to hold the meeting was made during the board of directors’ meeting on August 4. Key items on the agenda include passing a special resolution to issue the IPO and authorizing the board to undertake the necessary steps to increase both authorized and paid-up capital.

Additionally, the assembly will review and approve the financial statement, including the board of directors and auditor’s reports from the previous year. The meeting will also include the appointment of an auditor for the current year and the determination of their remuneration, along with the election of the board of directors.
