Ncell deeply regrets to confirm that several of its facilities, including the head office (Ncell ICON in Kathmandu) and regional offices in Mahendranagar, Dhangadhi, and Pokhara, were severely impacted by acts of vandalism last week.

These incidents not only resulted in material damage but also posed serious risks to employee safety and service continuity.
Despite these challenges, Ncell remained committed to its core purpose of keeping Nepal connected.
To ensure uninterrupted communication during the crisis, we provided free voice calls, SMS, and internet services for 3 days.
For the past 20 years, Ncell has prioritised serving the Nepali community, and this response reflects its unwavering dedication to supporting customers in times of need.
As Nepal now turns into a new chapter under the leadership of a new interim government, we extend our congratulations to Rt. Hon. Sushila Karki on her appointment as the Prime Minister.
We welcome this moment of transformation and are inspired by the youth-led movement that has brought about this change. We share in the collective hope that this will lead to a future of greater unity, peace, and prosperity for all Nepalis.
For over 20 years, Ncell has been an integral part of Nepal’s transformation journey in the Information and Communication Technology sector, alongside the Nepali people by creating jobs, driving economic growth, and contributing towards the vision of building Digital Nepal.
